Biography

Franck Giral is a French engineer (CTI-accredited), Japanese 1st Class Architect, PMP, and licensed real estate agent. He holds BSc and MSc degrees in engineering and has 15+ years managing projects in Niseko, including large-scale developments. Founder of ABD Architecture LLC, he is multilingual (FR/EN/JP/CN), a black belt in Shito-ryu karate, and recipient of multiple international awards.
